Our fees start from $60 and that includes free electronic filling.
Beware of Tax Return “Offshoring”
Some accounting and tax firms are now sending their clients’ financial information to cut-rate bulk tax preparers in foreign countries. Financial privacy laws in those countries may be weaker than in the United States . Ask WHO will be preparing your tax return!
You May Get What You Pay For
Yes, you can find tax preparation for less. Some web sites let you use their tax software for $25 or even $9.95. You must collect your data and decide what items to report and where. If the web site crashes, you must call tech support.
One last thought — if a firm is doing your taxes for nothing, how much time do you think will be spent carefully looking for deductions and analyzing your future tax planning. Also, how motivated do you think the person (if there IS a human at all) preparing your free return will be?
We offer 3 convenient options to have our experts complete your return.
Appointment Service
You can call our office to schedule appointments. Scheduled appointments always have priority over walk-in clients.
The paperwork that you take with you will include your copy of the prepared return, any payment vouchers, and/or any tax returns that need to be mailed.
Walk-In Service
If you do not have an appointment you can still walk in at any time during business hours. Our walk-in service is first come, first serve, and our appointments take priority over walk-ins. We handle walk-in clients in order to keep your wait as short as possible.
Drop-off Service
The easiest way to have your taxes prepared is our Drop-off Service. You can come in at any time (no appointment necessary) and drop off your income tax paperwork, have us prepare it, then you come back one more time to pick up the completed return. Here’s how the process works:
- You fill out our Client Information form and drop off your tax forms at our office
- A preparer will prepare your return using the information provided by the tax forms and the client information sheet.
- If any additional information is required, the preparer will contact you in order to complete the return.
- Once the return is completed, the preparer will call you to discuss how to file, pricing, and when you can come back to pick up everything.
- We have extended hours during tax seasons.
Compliance Services
We are here to assist you year around in any compliance issues you may have. Whether it is unfilled returns for past years (federal, state), variance letters received regarding discrepancies, or amended returns to report corrections, we can do what it takes to clear everything up. Our fees for these services are on a case-by-case basis, reasonably priced. Our goal is to give you “Peace of Mind” with settling these issues.
